Planning and Development Services has launched a Commercial Project Report that is now available to the public online. The Project Report retrieves information for commercial projects within the City valued at over $100,000 and sorts the projects by Council District. The report only provides project information for pre-application meetings and permit applications that have had an action in the permit system within the last 30 days. For example, an action could be a change to the permit status from “Permit Issued” to “Certificate of Occupancy”.
To access the report, go to https://aca.accela.com/tacoma/ and select the Commercial Project Report link. There is no need to log in or register for an account.
