The Permit Dashboard is for citizens to access information about permitting throughout the City of Tacoma. You can search by address, filter permit types, choose date ranges, and collect data for up to seven years of permitting history.

- Front page map: See permits filtered by category or status.
- Permit categories: Building, Demolition, Land Use, Right of Way, Site Development, Utility, and Accessory
- Permit status: Application, Review, Inspections, and Finalized
- Dashboard: See live data on the past 30 days of permit activity
- Heatmap: See where the most activity happens in any given area
- Data: Charts and graphs to show our incoming and outgoing activity
