Summary:

Per Ordinance No. 28470 the City has enacted interim regulations which apply to the Port/Tideflats, zoning districts in which heavy industrial uses are permitted, and in residential areas along Marine View Drive that are in close proximity to heavy industrial uses. The purpose of the interim regulations is to pause certain types of use and development until such time as the Tideflats Subarea Plan is completed.
